The fair is held at Palexpo, directly adjacent to Geneva Airport (GVA), every spring (typically late March to early April). Press days, retailer days, and the public weekend each generate distinct mobility patterns: VIP arrivals on private aviation in the early days, retailer delegations mid-week, and collector traffic toward the closing weekend. Our dispatch team plans coverage by day-of-event, not just by booking volume.

Geneva Airport to Palexpo — 5 minutes

The single most-requested transfer of W&W week. Geneva Airport (GVA) to Palexpo: 5 minutes by car. Private aviation terminal to Palexpo: 8 minutes. For VIP guests arriving by private jet, we coordinate with FBO arrival times so a chauffeur is on the apron when the door opens. For commercial flight arrivals, meet-and-greet at the arrivals hall is included, with luggage assistance to the vehicle. No surcharges for early-morning press-day pickups.

Hotel and Maison transfers across Geneva

During W&W week, Maisons host private dinners, suite presentations and after-hours events at Beau-Rivage, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, Mandarin Oriental, The Woodward Geneva, Hotel d’Angleterre, La Réserve Genève, and at private apartments along the lakeshore. We coordinate transfers between Palexpo, hotels, and dinner venues with one dispatcher per booking and protocol-aware drivers in dark suits.

Maison-dedicated chauffeur packages

For Maison brand managers, retail directors, and PR teams managing multi-day client itineraries, we offer dedicated chauffeur packages with a fixed driver across the week. For journalists and editors covering W&W, we provide hourly hire with chauffeur and discreet drop-offs at press conference venues. Embargo-aware scheduling: drivers know which Maison reveal happens at what hour and can position vehicles accordingly to minimise on-site waiting. Inter-city extensions during W&W week

Geneva to Zurich for boutique visits: 2h45 by motorway. Geneva to Lake Como: 4h via Mont Blanc tunnel or Simplon Pass depending on weather. Geneva to Milan Linate: 3h15 to 4h. We coordinate all extensions with one driver where possible to maintain continuity for VIP clients who prefer a familiar chauffeur across multiple cities.

How early should I book for Watches & Wonders week?

Six to eight weeks for press-day pickups and Maison-dedicated packages. Three to four weeks for standard hotel-to-Palexpo transfers. Last-minute requests under 60 minutes are accepted subject to fleet availability — early-morning press-day slots are the most constrained.

Can the chauffeur wait during a Maison meeting at Palexpo?

Yes. Hourly hire is the most common arrangement for Maison guests, with the driver parked in the dedicated waiting area near the entrance. For shorter visits, scheduled return pickup at an agreed time with SMS flexibility is more cost-effective.

Do you handle multi-Maison schedules across one day?

Absolutely. Many guests visit three to five Maisons in a single Palexpo day. We provide one chauffeur for the duration who manages parking transitions, drop-offs at the correct entrance, and pickups at the agreed time — including SMS coordination if a meeting overruns.

Are your W&W week chauffeurs returning each year?

Yes. Several of our drivers have covered W&W week for the past five to eight years and know Maison protocols, retailer preferences, and the Palexpo logistics intimately. Returning Maison clients can request the same chauffeur as previous editions.
