  1. What type of vehicles do you have in your fleet? Our fleet consists of luxury vehicles, including Mercedes S-Class, MB GLS Maybach, MB E-Class, MB V-Class and more. All of our vehicles are equipped with the latest amenities and technologies to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.
  2. How do I book a limousine service? You can book our limousine service by calling us, emailing us, or using our online booking system. Once we receive your booking request, we will provide you with a quote and confirm the details of your reservation.
  3. What is included in the hourly rate? The hourly rate includes the cost of the vehicle and the services of a professional driver. Fuel, tolls, and other expenses are not included in the hourly rate unless otherwise specified.
  4. Do you offer a flat rate for airport transfers? Yes, we offer a flat rate for airport transfers, which includes the cost of the vehicle and the services of a professional driver. The rate is based on the pickup location, destination, and the type of vehicle you choose.
  5. Can I request a specific driver? Yes, you can request a specific driver if you have had a positive experience with them in the past. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability.
  6. How do I pay for the limousine service? You can pay for the limousine service by credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Payment is due at the time of booking, or on the day of the service if you are booking on short notice.
  7. What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies depending on the length of notice you provide. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the pickup time, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the pickup time, a fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged. If you do not show up for the pickup, the full cost of the service will be charged.
  8. Do you offer child seats or booster seats? Yes, we offer child seats and booster seats for a small fee. Please let us know in advance if you require a child seat, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  9. Do you provide transportation for large groups? Yes, we provide transportation for large groups and can accommodate up to 16 passengers in our luxury MB Sprinter.
  10. What is your policy on smoking and alcohol in the Limousine vehicles? Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles, and alcohol is only allowed for clients who are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are visibly intoxicated.
